Both are funded by TapNPay+ from platform merchant rebate margin — never deducted from fan cash back, never from fan membership dollars, never tied to athletic performance. The fan keeps 100% of their cash back.

Q: Is TapNPay+ NIL NCAA-compliant?+

TapNPay+ NIL is built to align with NCAA NIL Policy and the NIL Go review framework operated by Deloitte at nil.ncaa.org. Athletes earn promotional commissions from TapNPay+ for marketing activity in the platform — never tied to athletic performance, never for pay-for-play.
